820-00165 EFI File needed with clean ME region

You have other problem, not BIOS related maybe...

Verified the file is BAD on another MacBook that is working perfect, just to rule out the file I was given is confirmed BAD or is not for an 820-00165. I get fan spin but no video, no chime.

I still need another BIOS file with a clean ME for an 820-00165, or if anyone can clean the ME region for me on an 820-00165 BIOS file, anything is appreciated.

Did you write the dump as is?
Do not change serial or anything else.
Once boots OK, then you can change ssn...

I wrote it as is. It is a BAD file, try it yourself, you will see.

If you have an working board, swap the ME region from your backup to its BIOS.
Or upload somewhere backup and working BIOS...
