Iv got a 820-00165 in that had water damage just about exactly a year ago and has been working just fine since with no issues.

Now when plugged into the charger it goes from green to orange light, but has no fan spin. I have taken the following voltage readings, but scratching my head a bit. U7100 READINGS >>

You waste time around U7100; why, if already got correct PPBUS_G3H?

Test first starting in SMC bypass.
If not, check if PM_PWRBTN_L reacts (drop pulse), when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L.
Use R5115/16 pads, instead of power button.

I've got exactly the same problem, PM_PWRBTN_L is 3.42v, drops when short R5115, all S5 lines are present, any suggestions from here?

Please open new thread with your board.
Same symptom doesn't mean is the same fault.
You may need check other signals, depending the values of the basic ones first.

I tried that and I?m getting the drop pulse, but not powering on. I did notice if I plug in the keyboard I get no charger lights at all, they come back when unplugged, so I?m guessing the keyboard has caused this.

Let keyboard and LIO flex disconnected, until get the board booting.

If PM_PWRBTN_L pulses, all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals should pulse too (at least); check that now.
