820-00165 Kernel Panic on internal SSD

Board works fine until you try to boot to the internal SSD. Works fine with external. Tried multiple SSD's. No change. The board does not look like it was spilled on and I don't think it was. Any ideas?

Did you try fresh install on internall SSD?
Try new BIOS, clean ME, just for test...
Can you get access at internall SSD booting USB OSX?
