Voltages: PPBUS_g3h 8.59v and PP3v42_g3h 3.40v and PP5v_s0 only when the machine turns on.

Did you try known good trackpad flex/board

Test with known good macOS installation; USB pendrive, if possible.
Also try clean ME BIOS.
