820-00165 MacBook Air No power.

Got a 2015 MBA not powering on. No liquid damage, no crusty corrosion, nothing visually bad on the board.

Tested so far:

Green / orange light on magSafe

PPBUS_G3H = 8.5
PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS = 8.5
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL = 14.9

PPDCIN_G3H = 14.9

PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3v


PP5V_S5 = 5v
PP5V_S4RS3 = 0v
PP5V_S0 = 0V


PP3V3_S5 = 3.3v
PP3V3_S4 = 0v
PP3V3_SUS = 3.3v
PP3V3_S3 = 0v
PP3V3_S0 = 0v
PP3V3_S4SW_SNS = 0v

P5VS4RS3_EN = 0v

Well, I'll claim the glory for "fixing" this one. Must have been my voodoo dance

Im in the same boat with same readings.. how did you go about this one?

Hooked it up to the bench PSU, forced S0, the fan spun on max for a bit. Undid all the solder blobs, removed PSU, removed MagSafe, replugged MagSafe and left it pluged in and did something else.... Forgot it was even there until the place was quite enough to hear the fan on full rev. In short. No idea, pure voodoo.
