820-00165 Missing PM_SLP_S3_L

hi to all...i have this motherboard with orange ligth.

connecting it to my power supply (15v@3a) i have a bootloop like 0,022 0,0055 0,0015

After testing all the power aliases page i think I am missing my S0 enables which looks like I need PM_SLP_S3_L

PM_SLP_S3_L is 0v ,the line is not shorted. if i remove R8178, it goes to 3,3v.

could you help me to find the problem?

PM_SLP_S3_L pulses at least?
Did you test SMC bypass mode?

Inspect U1950 for corrosion.
Check its pins 7 & 3 for pulse.
Is more easy to trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check the reaction.

after i have fixed it, macbook has start working !!
