I have a 820-00165 I need to clean the ME region. I got my Medusa in and email requested the manual off my serial number but never got a replay. Does anyone have or know how to set the Medusa to clean the ME?

it's a email. I sent it thursday and still have not got the manual. I went ahead and sent another one.
You didn't tell if version 2, or 3.
I sent you Medusa 2 manual, switch should be the same for both.

I found the manual. Google mail threw it into spam. I have been playing with it for a few days now. Thing works good. It's a little touchy about reading the rooms but now that I learned it's quirks it works good. I got the level splitter so I am going to play with some T2 chip serial numbers. The keyboard is a little clunky but it is still faster than doing it with LBE.
