820-00165 No ALL_SYS_PWRGD

Sent my way with problem listed as "not recognizing SSD's" this was dead on arrival.
Found corrosion and rusted pads in the areas between U1930 and U1950. Cleaned it all up, restored pads and replaced several components:
R1920
Q1920
R2023
R1691
U1900
U1930
U1950 and
Q8150

All I get are the G3H rails and nothing after that, no S4 or up. No ALL_SYS_PWRGD which if I recall one of Louis' vids is a common issue with the 00165's
Problem is, I can't figure out what creates ALL_SYS_PWRGD.

If I'm reading the schematic right it's Q8150 but this was replaced and I have continuity everywhere I should have it. I see no EN or ENTRIP pins so not looking for an enable signal. No short to ground either.

No reason to check ALL_SYS_PWRGD before S5-S3 sleep states are released.
This signal is created from PM_SLP_S3_BUF_L via R8167.

Check voltages at L7520/60; any pulse at least?
Do you get magsafe light at least?

L7520 is 0V on both sides, no pulses I can tell of (no oscilloscope available either).
Magsafe light works.

Voltage of P3V3S5_EN_R, SMC_PM_G2_EN, P5VP3V3_VREG3, PP5V_S5?

I'm suspecting a dead U7501

I messed up in my original post, I did have S5:
PP5V_S5 - 5V
PP3V3_S5 - 3.3V
Edited original post to correct that typo that should say "S4"

As for the voltages you asked for:
P3V3S5_EN_R - 3.4V
SMC_PM_G2_EN - 1.04V
P5VP3V3_VREG3 - 3.3V
and of course PP5V_S5 - 5V

S4 and up I have 0V

SMC_PM_G2_EN should be 3v
its possible that when you first probed the S5 lines were not working because of this

Resistance to ground in Ohms on this line? Any crap around the SMC?

82.5 kOhm (if I measured that correctly. same as diode mode without the meter on diode mode?)

Was going to give the board another visual inspection so searched BV for all points SMC_PM_G2_EN is at.... they now all measure 3.4V ...
Area around SMC is clean.

82.5kOhm is alright, keep an eye on this voltage though as its one of the first signals we need for the system to do anything.

Voltage of S5_PWRGD, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_SLP_S4_L, PP3V3_SUS?
