820- 00165 No booting, Fan spin

I have 820-00165. Macbook not booting, When i connect power DC: Green light, fan spin, Orange light, eat 0,72A. No sounds and image. Hot CPU and SSD (thermal camera picture)

Voltage in L7095- 3,42V

Did you check for USB activity?

History: 6 months ago customer repair this MacBook in another service, he have problem after small water damage, "computer only saw battery, touchpad, disc in recovery mode". After this Repair all works good.

How i check USB acivity? I have 5V in USB connector.

Do you get steady light on USB mouse?
You can also use a pendrive with macOS preinstalled.
If Link LED flashes, USB activity is 100% confirmed.

Mouse don't light when i connect in USB, still the same with pendrive with macOS. Thanks i buy chipmunk. What I can do next?

No reason to search for video, as the board doesn't boot.

Check all SPI Bus Termination resistors and their traces.
Clean J6100; remove it, if you don't use Medusa programmer.

Be sure PLT_RESET_L goes steady high.
Try known good BIOS.
