820-00165 no green light, no pp3v42

Hi there! i feel silly for posting this but i'm a little rusty it seems. This should be a fairly basic issue but here we are
No green light, no PP3v42, no short on PP3v42. I know Pp3v42 is required to enable green light, so the main DC in connection must be the issue? there was liquid damge around ISL6259 and a little in some random spots/ Have replaced ISL and U5110. obviously tested with known working DC board and cable but no change

May have an input leakage issue; did you test with fake charger, or lab PSU?
Did you check diode mode to ground at PPBUS/3V42_G3H?
DCIN_G3H is there?

My Lab PSU is currently waiting for a fuse since i blew it up so I can't right now :(

PPBUS diode to ground is 0.712

Pp3v42 diode is 0.3

DCIN_G3H is only 1.7V, that's too low right?
DCIN_G3H diode is 0.13

As I suspected, leakage input problem.
Original charger detects it and gets blocked.

Check R/D7012 first; if both good, change Q7180.

"PPBUS diode to ground is 0.712"
Not sure how did you test it; should be 0.120-0.160 aprox...
