PPBUS_G3H: 8.6V
PP3V42_G3H: 3.40V
PPVRTC_G3H: 3.336V
PP5V_S5: 5.02V
PP3V3_S5: 3.336V
PP5V_S4: 5.02V

PP3V3_S4: PULSES TWICE
PP5V_S3: STARTS AT 5V, THEN SLOWLY DROPS TO 0
PP3V3_S3: 0V

PM_SLP_S4_L: PULSES ONCE

SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.37V
SMC_PM_G2_EN: 3.4V
PM_BATLOW_L:3.33V SMC_ADAPTER_EN: 3.4V
PM_SLP_SUS_L: 3.33V

SMC_ONOFF_L: 3.4V
PP5V_S0: PULSES TWICE
PP3V3_S0: PULSES TWICE






ALL_SYS_PWRGD: PULSES ONCE

Check voltage at all big coils.
See if them pulse at least and which ones do that.
ALL_SYS_PWRGD pulsing too?
This symptom could be sign of corrupted BIOS.
Try new one, with clean ME.
