820-00165 - No Power - Amber light - no fan spin

I've got 820-00165 board - no liquid damage, never touched, never opened before.

I have those voltages but still can't power it.

L7310 - 8.58v
L3095 - 0
L7340 - 0
L7630 - 0
L7560 - 3.3v

C3287 (pin1) - 3.3v
C8142 (pin1) (S5_PWR_EN) - 8.58v

pin1- 3.43
pin2- GND
pin3- 3.43
pin4- 2.7
pin5- 3.4
pin6- 3.4
pin7- 3.4
pin8- 3.3

0v on all pins

Check SMC_ADAPTER_EN.

You can try to reflow PCH using quality flux; in case of accumulated crap underneath.

With previous mentioned readings, PCH should release PM_SLP_SUS_L signal.
It looks to be bad...
