820-00165 no power

Came in with no power and noticed U3900 getting hot on bench power supply. When u3900 is replaced board boots again from bench power supply but when genuine charger is used u3900 shorts out and heats up again.

Board is spotless.

Not sure what to try next.

Original charger shouldn't cause such problem; even using 85W instead of 45W.
U3900 is powered from 3V3_S0, which comes from 3V3_S5 (via U8030).

Check all voltages with U3900 removed.
