Post exact voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Be sure R7100 is good.
Check w/ and w/o LIO flex connected.
Without LIO flex cannot get Magsafe light, but see if you get then correct PPBUS_G3H.

Look s like SM issue.
Try reballing it first.
If no result, try other SMC.
Check around SMC (2 OF 2) page 37.
Be sure all traces and pull-up resistors for SMC_Txx lines are good.
