820 00165 not turning on

I have a macbook air with this main board 820-00165. Laptop was liquid damaged. It is not turning on. Green and orange charger light is present.
Fan spin for about 1 second then stop.

water damage around U6100 and/or J6100.........

Check for power pulsing at PP5V_S4RS3, best to use scope as pulses are hard to catch on multimeter. And of course check for corrosions U6100 and the termination resistors/traces and U1950 pin 8.
