820-00165 not turning on

Good morning, this mac had an oxidation in the U7600 on pins 4,5 and 6, it replaces, but there was no result.
I removed q8150, u1950 and Q7630. I checked the termials and components of the u6100. I tested another BIOS ME clean.
L7630 0v, ALL_ SYS when you connect the MagSafe it pulses 3.3 twice, then it stays 0V.

Voltage: ppbus 12.6V; pp3v42 3.42V; PM_sl4 0v, pulse; Vcore 0V, pulse.

Did you put back all the components?
Q8150 can be kept out, not really needed.

Oxidation at U7600 could damaged PCH/CPU.
PLT_RESET_L pulsing too?
Test starting in SMC bypass mode.

In SMC bypass mode, the fan rotates and stops when it drives SMC_ONOFF.

PLT_RESET_L 0V, pulses sometimes.
What tests can I do to identify PCH or CPU are in defect?

Check for pulse at CPU_VR_READY and CPU_VCCST_PWRGD.

CPU_VR_READY 9mV, pulse 1.035v
CPU_VCCST_PWRGD 0v, pulse 0.849V

PCH/CPU is the same; both in one die.
Check for more corrosion on the board.
Heat CPU with quality flux.
