820-00165 Power button problem

820-00165 board problem, with power button, when holding down 5 secs or more it boots normaly, but when i press once it only make quarter fan spin and not booting.
where to start. changed u5110 still same, tested without trackpad also, with pins 5116 and 5115

Does the board turn on itself when connect the charger (no battery)?

yes, i reballed smc, and now everything works, case closed
