820-00165 ripped G3H components, fixable?

Got a 820-00165 board, liquid damaged. Back of the board looks new with no corrosion, the front has burned components, and the previous owner ripped some of the G3H components while cleaning the board.

all the pads of the missing components are missing too, is it still fixable if so what should I do?

This looks like heavy corrosion in many places. I don't think that I would bother but it all depends on how much time you have to waste. It could be fixable, but if you have more work to do I would pass on this one.

How can i solder the components with all pads missing? do i just run jumpers?

Well yes that would be the only way, that's why I said this board is a time waster project.
