I have bought this board alone. It looks very clean. No water damage.
when it boot the os, it shuts down suddenly and don't boot again.
I tried aslo external os it takes too long to boot.

Try to clean ME region in BIOS.

I don't the tool to do this, but I swapped the bios from other board...

BIOS taken from other board has "dirty" ME region for your own.
Search the forum, some links for clean ME BIOSes should be already posted.

Also upload somewhere original BIOS of your board, to clean it...

i cleaned the bios but it boot and i can log in, but in seconds it shut down

Did you properly clean ME region?

When boot from USB device (known good working OSX), still shuts down?

yes, on my USB test drive it load and I can enter the os. but it suddenly shutdown.

i tried it with your BIOS also it shutdown while loading

Remove U8130 and try again.
It happens to me recently.

Can be other problem, but is worth to try it.

Test disconnecting battery and also in SMC bypass mode...

Still takes long time to boot through USB?
Disconnect airpoort when test.
Also try known good trackpad voard/flex.
Test without LIO flex too.

Does it boot Windows or Linux?
