820-00165: VCore exists no video no backlight

I am working with a computer not backlight or no video. CPU is getting hot. I took following voltages without connecting the LCD assembly.
PPVCC_S0_CPU: 1.8V
PP3V3_S0SW_LCD - 0V
SMC_LID: 3.4V
PPVCC_S0_CPU 1.8V
P3V3_S0SW_LCD: 0V

From where can I start tracing? Up to what point we can trace without LCD assembly connected?

Why would you want to diagnose internal video problem, if it is not even enabled???

Did you test USB activity first?
Why do you suspect ONLY video problem?
