SCL/SDA lines of battery bus 0.565.
SMC/PM_BATLOW_L 0.4v
SMC_ADAPTER_EN 0.6v
SMC_PM_G2_EN. 0.3v
PPBUS_G3H 8.56v
PPVRTC_G3H 3.3v
PP5V_S5 1.2v

PP3V3_SUS 0.2V

board dont start on bypass smc

I recommend you to reball SMC...

ok, SMC Reballed
U7501 replaced

PP5V_S5 5.1v
SMC/PM_BATLOW_L 3.3v
SMC_ADAPTER_EN 3.3v
SMC_PM_G2_EN. 3.3v

but still 0.02A
sometimes it jumps to 0.10
still no power

P5VS4RS3_EN is missing
when charger is connected, or manualy trigger SMC_ONOFF_L.
i have 5V should appear at L7520 if i remove R7551.

Post U7501 voltages; 23, 22, 29, 12, 13, 21.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for reaction (drop pulse) at PM_PWRBTN_L.
If yes, then check for pulse at all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals.

Did you try to start in SMC bypass mode?
