820-00165 wathr damage - GREEN/ORANGE no fan, bypass smc just fan full speed.

pm_slp_s5_l 3.3v
pm_slp+s4_l 3.3v
cpu getting hot(not to hot)

If you get PM_SLP_S4_L, there should be S3 voltages present; like L7430, L7820.
Did you check PM_SLP_S3_L too?
If present, only then you can expect S0 voltages; check L7630 and page 58.

Diode mode to ground at R8041?
You can check what happens removing U8040.
I recommend to try first disconnecting LIO flex.

was corrosion on J9500.
R8041 short on PP1V5_S0SW_AUDIO_HDA. NOT FROM C1210 OR FROM Q1920. I THINK FROM CPU.
witout R8041 fan spin, with is not..

You can try to inject 1-2V (no more) there.
It will probably heat the PCH, without solving the problem; just for confirmation.

Look en Internet for portable USB speaker.
You should find some model specially designed for laptop, to attach on top of the screen.
