820-00165 wierd issue

hi. i have this macbook air 13" 820-00165. everything works ok when powered on and charging. but when shutting it down. amp reading goes to 0amps meaning its not charging. but orange light is still present. replaced new isl already still same issue.

Amber light is normal for this machine, even if no battery connected.
When battery is fully charged, Magsafe light will switch to green; means no charging needed anymore.
If your battery is not fully charged, it should still charge when machine is off.
Do you have original Magsafe 2 charger for sure???
