820-00165 won't turn on

Mac won't turn on. I found water damage on c8005 and u8005, I replaced the capacitor and redid the track that leads to pin1 of u8005 but no change. When I connect the magsafe the fan starts to start and stops. If I measure PP5V_S0 it goes from 0 to 5V for a second and then loops back to 0. Advice?

Remove U8005 and check again.
If still short, probably bad CPU.

Just in case, remove L1290/95 and check where the short remains.

I replaced u8005 and the short disappeared. But it doesn't work. If I remove U8005 and jumper pin 3 and pin 6 the mac turns on

BTW, use schematic not boardview, to specify them; can't see pin6 there...

Pin1=0.180/0.090
Pin2=1/0.010
Pin-2-3=1.053
Pin5-7=0.170
I think pin 6 is together with pin 2-3
