820-00165A ISL6259 U7100 question

Dear,

No green light.

I'm measuring on Pin 3 a short to ground.

R7110 on the right side:
PPCHGR_DCIN = 16.5

R7110 on the left side
CHCR_ACIN = 0

All other meassures on U7100 seems fine.
Pin 2 = 16.5
Pin 12 = 3.5


I guess I need to replaec my ISL.

right?

Remove C7111 first.
If still short, change U7100.

Please don't use cardinal points in schematic.
No more reference needed, once you write signal name.
You can instead use pin/pad number of a component.

I have to replace U7100.
