I am almost 100% sure I have troubleshot this down to a LED flash driver IC but was wondering if anyone else has seen this? Is this going to be a signature failure?

Bueller, Bueller, Bueller. From one of my favorite stupid movies.
I just saw this fault a second time on a donor board I pulled the part from! My pulled part was also bad!
It can be tricky as it does not show up as a shorted rail.
After the repair the Touch ID button is still not functional. I believe the button was also damaged.
The shorted chip and blown filter are resolved but no go on the touch ID button.
Anyone else been here?
