Stuck on 5v no loop. Doide mode on CB151 those 3 capacitors is 0.012. I get 5.2v on PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR

Not sure, compare with L2950.

LDO readings look normal.
Do you get voltage at 1V1_LDO lines?
Be aware, is only available on the powered port.

I measured one by one I don't get 1V1_LDO on any of them voltage. I compared with another board and the diode mode reading on CB151/2/3 are not suppose to be like that

Also i removed the 3 caps and still same Low and goes to UB000

Lift the coil and check where the low value remains.
BTW, what is the value on L2950?

Diode Value on L2950 both sides is 210 and on LB150 contact 2 diode is 0.016 which goes directly to some capacitors and UB000...

So you have a problem on LB150 area.
Both coils are placed on similar power rails.
UB000 is the first suspect...

I took out UB000 low resistance gone and i replaced it from another board same exact. The diode mode reading are now same from both sides but stuck on 5v still no power...

Possible that UB000 is not soldered good or some other issue... any ideas?

Check that now, after UB000 replaced.

UB300 1V1_LDO on CB304 0v
UB400 1V1_LDO on CB404 0v

All diode mode values on 1V1_LDO are correct
