this board had corrosion on C3100 (PP3V3_G3H ) which was shorting it to ground . after replacing c3100 no short anymore , but still no power, get only 5.2v on PPDCIN . connected the charger and dropped alcohol to find is something heating up , i found C9404 (PPVIN_2V7NAND_LB) BOILING should this be the issue why has no power ? i suspect also U3100 IS BAD ?
