touch bar had contact with liquid in the upper region near the CPU, several components oxidized, replace some, u7270 was causing short in PPBUS, replace, left the short.

Voltage:
PPbus_g3h 13.09V; PP5v_s0 5.12V; PP3v3_S0 3.3V;

If U7220 was shorted, very likely dead CPU now...

But with the replacement of the u7270 the short was solved, so there is no solution ?

You eliminate the short from PPBUS_G3H.
But PPBUS_G3H went to L7220 (PPVCC_S0_CPU), when the short appeared (U7220 shorted on high-side)...
