The board received a wine splash. It was ultrasonic cleaned.
No visible damage in lcd connector.
No fan spinning.
Gets 20.3v but 0 amps

Working:

PPBUS_G3H
PPDCIN_G3H
PP3V3_G3H
PPBUS_HS_CPU
PPBUS_HS_OTH5V
PPBUS_HS_OTH3V3
PPBUS_S4_HS_TPAD
PP3V3_G3H_SMC_ISNS
PP3V0_G3H
PP5V_S0
PP3V3_S0

Not working:

PPVCC_S0_CPU
PPVCCPRIMCORE_SUS_PCH
PP1V0_SUS

etc.

Regards from Spain!

Bienvenidos Marcos.

Exact value for PPBUS_G3H?
Can you describe the areas affected by liquid spill?

Do you get PM_SLP_SUS_L and PM_RSMRST_L high level?
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check if PM_PWRBTN_L reacts at same time.

Gracias!

PPBUS_G3H: 13.13v

I do not know the affected areas.

PM_SLP_SUS_L: 3.37V
PM_RSMRST_L :0V
PM_PWRBTN_L reacts when SMC_ONOFF_L (R5226) is triggered.

"PM_RSMRST_L :0V"
Should stay always at high level.
If not, PCH system management block is kept in reset mode...

It is controlled by U7800.
If you have 3V3_SUS, check R7810 integrity.

You still have corrosion problem.
Supposedly under some BGA chips; maybe SMC, or USB-C controllers.
But can be U7800, or CPU.
PM_RSMRST_L goes high in some moment?

supposedly U7800 and U5000 were reballed in a tech support store.
I noticed PP20V_USBC_TB is not working.

PM_RSMRST_L goes high in some moment? no
