820-00239 "water damage" "dead"

was at other Lab, say there was water damage, cant see any spots or signs of water damage, just on the screen port(screen side--at the board side j8500 clean)
on charger 20V 0.6A, CPU getting hot (no 2 hot), fan spin but no keyboard activity not recognized on external screen and not enter to DFU.

Yes; sorry, I was looking to wrong schematic.

Don't be so sure about full short; these coils have very low resistance to ground as normal.
iGPU voltage will not appear until high load graphics is detected.

Another thing to note; no DFU, as this board doesn't have T2 chip.

L7210/20 voltage should drop to aprox 0.6V when board really boots.
Did you try known good BIOS?
