dont see any shot on board.
i know its crap board and CPU but want to make sure that is really dead.

If you get puls at USB port, board may try to start.
You should check for short on power rails.
Any voltage at PPBUS_G3H with battery connected?

no voltage on PPBUS_G3H with battery and with charger.. i will try to find short
