Hi. This Mac came in for no power after is stays not touched for a year.
The main issue was the battery, so after replace it and charge to 100% I left it discharging to test how long it would hold charge.
But after 1 hour I came back to it and there was no backlight.
For some reason the backlight die on my hands.
I've tested the display on another Mac and it works fine. Screen cable works on the other Mac.
U8400 get current sensing power 12.67V
EDP_BKLT_EN signal is missing. diode mode its 0.640
PP5V_S0SW_LCD - 5V
DP_INT_HPD - 3.3V
PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT spikes 1 second to 39V after about 15 secs of plug it in, but no backlight on that moment.
