Customers kid stepped on it, now it exhibits ram issues, OS crashes spontaneously, memtest throws errors almost immediately.
Board has been inspected carefully, no visible damage, inspected ram chips/area too.
Initially we concluded it was an issue with customers OS install as our external test OS worked fine, a reinstall also worked but customer came back and said it had crashed several times when going into sleep mode.
I recall something about narrowing down what ram chip might be the culprit? Unsure if this was regarding GPU memory but worth asking.
