2016 MacBook Pro 15" A1707 logic board 820-00281-10, how do I test the switching mosfets Q3100, Q3200 etc. I'm suspecting they're the reason battery isn't charging

Remove them and check out of board.
They should be good, if you get correct PPBUS_G3H without battery.
