Why don't you try AON7403, or other P-channel MOSFET in the same case?

Are those specific Mosfets in any other Macbook Logic board that I can take them off of?

If you don't see any on your scrap boards, then buy AON7403, FDMC6675, or other P-channel MOSFET with similar V/I parameters.
Why don't you remove them and check if are good?
Google can help you in any case...
