Suffered contact with liquid, the cooler spins but does not give image and has no USB activity.

Voltage: ppbus_g3h 12.58V; pp3v42_g3h 3.43V; PP5V_S0 5.15V; ALL_SYS_PWRGD 3.23V; PLT_RESET_L 0V; PM_SLP_S3_BUF_L 3.33v; PM_SLP_S4_L 3.33v; PM_SLP_SUS_L 3.33v; PPVCC_S0_CPU 0v, no pulse.

Be serious man, 60mV is no pulse at all.
In fact cannot have pulse at pin 3, if "5- 0v, no pulse".
Tied pins 5/6 together (use solder blob) and give it a try.

u7200 on pin 17 was oxidized and r/c 7202 was oxidized, I resolved, the mac bound. I would like to know if you have any problem leaving the welding pin connecting the 5 and 6 pin of the u1950?
