820-00687 no power ppvrtc_g3h missing

Hi, ive got an 820-00687 with no power and ppvrtc_g3h missing 0v , now this line looks like its a dead short to ground but i have noticed (maybe im wrong) that ppvrtc_g3h is connected to the cpu, so would it be safe to inject a little voltage to see what warms up ???, also im using schematics and boardview for the 00244 so i hope thats right. All my other voltages seem correct
PPBUS_G3H = 19.8v
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H = 19.8v
PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS = 8.6V
PPVBUS_LIO = 19.8v
PPDCIN_G3H =19.8v
PP3V3_G3H=3.3v
PP3V3R3V0_AON = 3.2v
PP5V_G3H = 5v

The voltage seems to be generated by U7800; could be the culprit.
But I saw few caps there too; check them first.
If all OK; only remains PCH, which is same as CPU, RIP then...
You can inject tension, but less than 3.5V.
Always start with lower value (e.g. 1V) and go up, maintaining the sink current under power lab supply limit.

This does not bode well :( If this was not liquid then I bet the CPU fried. All the more recent Intel CPUs are so prone to either shorting RTC or Vcore.
