Clean board no history.

• No USB activity can be detected
• Charger takes 0.5 A at 20 V (goes up from 5 V).
• PP3V3_G3H =3.4 V
• ppsv3_s4=3.32V
• ppsv3_s5=3.32V
• pp5v = 5.1 V
• PPVCCCPU_S0G stays at 0.94 V

Already tried clean working BIOS same thing, CPU gets hot

As explained in other thread, CPU core should drop to 0.6V, when the board boots.
Did you test the board alone on the desk (no SSD even)?
Any history available?

No history available, I will keep the drop information in mind for future references. All my work is always done on board alone nothing else connected at all unless needed for testing the board, so no SSD and nothing else connected and those numbers are the ones I get.

If no luck to find some corroded/broken resistor, or other component, then probably bad CPU...

Ok so if CPU core does not drop to 0.6V dont even bother with BIOS?
