Customer came with MacBook - small liquid damage
Just one port was working - was charging OK on that port. Other port 5V.

C3409 and Q3200 was badly fried.
Replaced both and same issue.

Then replaced U3200 (correct version C00) and now 20V on both ports but 0A.
It boot as battery got still charge.When charger connected system showing charging symbol but it takes 0A from charger.

Replaced U3100 and same issue.

Any idea?

Do you get correct PPBUS_G3H on charger only, without battery?

Looks like a problem on U7000 area.
Post basic voltages, P_IN, AUX_DET, VDDA/P, EN_VR1, VR1_3P3, AUX_OK, SMC_RST*.

Tested with board oly.
P_IN if thats U7000/10 PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR got 20V

AUX_DET @ 4.20V
VDDA @ 5.08V
VDDP @ 5.08V
EN_VR1 @ 5.08V
VR1_3P3 @ 3.41V
AUX_OK @ 3.40V
SMC_RST* @ 3.40V

Diode mode to ground 0.430V

ISL9239 is not board dependant, you con solder even new one...

U700 replaced.
Still 20V and 0A.
Now got 0.02V on both pins of F7000 and 0.415 on diode mode to ground on F7000

Be sure R/C7030/40 are good.
In fact, check all surrounding resistors.

Also change Q7030/40.

R/C7030/40 are OK

Replaced Q7030/40 and still same issue.

Check all resistors and traces around U7000.
Change L7030 too.
