820-00840-A does not work trackpad and keyboard after customer tried to change battery.

The customer brings an 820-00840-A because he tried to change the battery and then the machine did not turn on. Just align the battery in its correct place and the machine started and charged correctly. Once the mac was turned on I discovered that the trackpad and the keyboard did not work only the power key. disconnect the battery and test TP and KBD but the same. reinstall macOS and nothing.

Reseat trackpad cable first; check if all its connections are good.
Also check L/F4800.

I already put the trackpad cable in and checked all the pins and they look super good and clean. the FPC also looks excellent. This machine did not suffer from water damage. L / F8400 are good. Something that might seem interesting is that when the machine is on, the power button works to put it to sleep or forced shutdown

If bad, keyboard doesn't work too.
