820-00840 fan spin no boot

Hi, got an 820-00840 board with no signs of damage. The fan spins but no boot.

CPU gets warm but PPVCCCPU_S0G is 0v. Resistance to ground on PPVCCCPU_S0G is 10 ohms

Do you get L7370 voltage?
Tried known good BIOS?

L7370 voltage 0.6v

Tried clean ME Bios, no change.

Compare diode mode to ground on L7370 with good board.

i get 0.004 on good board and 0.006 on bad board

I suspect CPU problems...
