820-00840 Max Fan Speed After Battery Replacement

Have a MacBook that came in for a battery replacement. Device presented just fine overall.
After powering on the system with the new battery installed the CPU fan runs at max speed no matter what.
I've attempted another battery, I've attempted a new CPU fan and also attempted a new Trackpad & Flex Cable. All with no change. Any ideas on what to check next?

Any error pops up starting in diagnostic mode?

You can also run HWMonitor and check thermal sensors.

Airport Proximity and Mainboard Proximity read at 128°C from HWMonitor. Attached is full image of readings

No components noticeably knocked off the board near U5870 nor Q5805
CPUTHMSNS_ADDR_SEL (Pin 5) reads about 100 Ohms and is the only pin of U5870 reading low, but checking schematic it seems the R5871 is 100Ohms.

u5870 Diode Readings

Test with another battery.
Also test disconnecting webcam, just in case; to discard ALS issue.

Check traces continuity for all Q58xx sensors.

I have already attempted a new screen and battery with neither causing any change.
Would new screen still have ALS issue?

I don't think.
But there should be mechanical damage caused when repplaced the battery.

Just in case, try another TP board/flex.
