In page 37, apart of small coils, appear some caps to ground.
Check if any is corroded.
Compare diode mode to ground readings on camera lines with good board.
There is an R/C pair on page 66 too (for SCL/SDA).

Did a double check on my initial measurements and I found that PP1V35_CAM is missing. I have CAMERA_PWR_EN. CAMERA_RESET_L is not low. What else do I need to get this rail to come on?

1V35_CAM is generated by U3900.
Check first diode mode to ground.
Be sure all related components are good.
If all OK, change U3900.

Changing U3900 solved this one, thanks! Took a few times to get it to sit perfectly.
