Hey guys i'm working on this non Touchbar Macbook pro boots up works fine but not getting no display power i noticed its missing EDP_PANEL_PWR_EN all pch power rails and cpu are present what am i missing here HELP!!!

Is this liquid spilled on LCD connector?

was a liquid spill Lcd connector does not look corroded at a all I tried a different cable still nothing tested lcd with different board lcd works fine what should I try next

PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT is placed near EDP_INT_AUX_N data line.
13" touchbar version has one separation cap on every edp line.
Non touchbar version doesn't have such separation and CPU gets fried.

Look at schematic and boardview.
If no cap found on these edp lines (on your board), your CPU is dead now; no LCD image anymore...

In my case I still get an image on an external screen. So CPU should be alive.

Only LCd output is dead.
For a laptop that is like dead machine; it is not portable anymore, only transportable.

I'm confused apfelimperium I see your contribution but you need to start your own thread thus avoids confusion so if no caps are on the edp lines Mrs cpu is done on an 820-00840
