820-00840 short on PP3V3_S5

No liquid damage.
One of CD3215 was burned and pads 91 and 92 was burned but pads are still there.
There was 5V only.
CD3215 replaced and now got 20V and 0.04A.
All LDOs on both CD3215s are correct.

PPBUS_G3H - 13.0V
PP3V3_S5 0V, short to ground

Removed L7690 and short is on L7690/1.

It will be safe inject lets say 0.5V or any other idea how to detect short?

Start with 1V and slowly go up, if needed; no more than 4V.
Set amp limit to max on PSU first.
