820-00840 short on u7100

Hi again, I got this motherboard, it had corrosion on R7109, cleaned the pads and changed the resistor.
Still getting short on L7410, 7420 and 7430
Diode Mode on those coils are:
L7410/7420/7430 = 0.02

Edit
I found out that PPBUS_G3H_CPU was shorted too what lead me to PPBUS_G3H. Removed F7000 and have a short to ground on PIN 2 F7000
Resistance from PIN 2 from F7000 to ground is 1.6 ohm
From PIN2 F7000 to L7410/7420/7430 = 0.2 ohm

Should I replace U7100 or is it a dead CPU already?
Thank you!

Remove U7410/20/30 one by one.
Check when the short from PPBUS_G3H disappears.
Then post exact ohm resistance to ground (not diode mode) at the same coils.

I removed L7410, the short is gone on PPBUS_G3H.
Measured ohms on L7410
PIN 1 = 420
PIN 2 = 1.6
diode mode on:
F7000 PIN 2 = .165
L7410 PIN 1 = .002
L7410 PIN 2 = .165

This means dead CPU right?

0.002 in diode mode means 2-3 ohms.
ALWAYS switch to ohm mode for very low values.
However, this looks like good value.

Change U7410 and be sure no short on PPBUS_G3H anymore, before applying power to the board.

Ok finally got U7410 and replaced it, no short on PPBUS_G3H but I connected it and it is consuming .350 A and when you first connect the usb c it will go up to .700A but have no image on screen
