Pray you didn't kill it injecting voltage without checking for such sorted MOSFETs first.
So many times explained how to deal with short on PPBUS_G3H...
1Vshouldn't damage CPU, but is no reason to do that in such way.
Post exact ohm value (not diode mode) to ground on PPBUS_G3H and compare that value with the readings on ALL big coils.
If you get the same value on any, remove corresponding high-side MOSFET and check if PPBUS_G3H goes high.
If yes, you've just found the culprit.
