Hi,
I'm trying to fix that board that obviously had a WD, when I plug the charger I can hear the charger sound notification like for an Iphone.
I checked PPBUS and I have 12.59V. But on the other hand it doesn't pull any current when I check my little usb power meter: 20.3V 0A
The thing as this board is relatively new, I don't have yet the brd and schematics files to correctly diagnose it.
I will attempt to clean it.
Question what would be the closer board regarding the schematics to be able to work on it.

I think this chip has fried as well it's assiociate capacitor...... some one could help me to tell me what's for? and which power rails is/are involved in this aera?

After cleaning the different corroded area here what are the mesurement I have......and apparently it goes in S5 state and maybe even more when you see the values......
It also looks like that the cpu is getting hot......
Some knows where I can catch the CPU Vcore rail?

Once the motherboard replaced in the mbp chassis and everything plugged back, PPBUS is 12.98V

Was here liquid near the CPU? (Chips above CPU). If so, dead CPU more than likely.

The biggest coils near CPU, are for VCORE and iGPU.
CPU dies too easy on the new machines; not by itself, but liquid spill kills it almost al the time.
