Any ideas how to attack this one? Seems to work ok, until it doesn't. Board looks clean. Considering a mem reflow.

Machine crashes in normal use?
The problem can be on RAM chips, or CPU side.
If you have time to waste, reball RAM chips.
Consider first if worth the job.
You can end with completely dead board; ask client permission first.
